A member of our staff will be calling you to obtain a brief medical history, confirm your appointment, and finalize your financial arrangements. Someone will also be available to address any questions or concerns that our may have. We may ask that you come to the Center for a preoperative appointment/interview by one of our nurses and a member of our anesthesiology department Laboratory Tests We may perform a urinalysis, blood sugar, or a hemaque test (blood iron level) on the day of the surgery. It is possible that other tests may be ordered for you by the admitting surgeon and / or the viewing anesthesiologist. All x-ray and/or lab work performed outside of the Center will be billed separately. |
